What is print-on-demand?

Print-on-demand is an order fulfillment method where items are printed or embroidered as soon as an order is made.
The better alternative to ordering stock upfront and spending resources on storage.

Who is produces the clothes and accessories? 

Noe Boutiques collaborates with several suppliers to supply the necessary stock of clothing and accessories for better quality products such as Champion or Next Level and many more.

What products are made by Noe Boutiques?

All clothing and accessories like all over print products, leggings, pillow and skirt are printed and embroidered in our house by technique Cut & Sew under our brand Noe

What products are eco-friendly?

Currently around 80% of our products and our suppliers products are eco-firendly we try to avoid as much as possible waste and protect the planet in the best way.

Are packaging eco-friendly?

We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.

How quickly are packages delivered?

Express: 1-3 business days in the EU, Canada, and internationally
Standard: 3-5 business days in the EU and internationally, 3-6 days in Canada
Flat rate: 5-8 business days in the EU, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally
Keep in mind that all our product ar print on demand and this shipping time applies after printing the products

What is happen if the product arrived damaged?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@noeboutiques.com, and we are happy to replacement without additional costs.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

What if the order is lost?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We may ask for your help like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order.

What happens if a package isn't delivered to me, but the tracking states that it did?

Noe Boutiques will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.

In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it, Noe Boutiques would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.
In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch."

My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed  or refused/returned by you. You will receive notice once the order arrives back to our facility. We would advise contacting you to determine how you would like to proceed and contact us with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed, returned by you, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

How are my products packaged for shipment?

Because of the variety of products we fulfill, we package each item based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment.
